TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

 

I Geoffey Antony Springer of 40 New Bond Street W1Y 9HB having during the past 6 months carried on the trade or calling of Director DO HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that it is my intention to apply at the Transfer Sessions to be held at the Court House London Road Bromley on the 21st day of July next for the Provisional Grant to me of a Justices Licence authorising me to sell by retail intoxicating liquor of all descriptions for consumption either on or off the premises about to be constructed for the purpose of being used as a house for the sale of intoxicating liquor and referred to in the description accompanying the site plan deposited in accordance with Sub Section (5) of Section 6 of the Licensing Act situated at Land situated at the Western end of Crystal Palace Park London SE19 abutting Crystal Palace Parade with access off Crystal Palace Parade and Anerley Hill and to be known by the sign of "Unit 9" Crystal Palace Leisure Development of which premises London Borough of Bromley are the owners.
