Our stalwart "Lady of the Park" also sends greetings from deepest Sussex where she resides in happy retirement in a garden of fellow sculptures. She is one of the few remaining intact statues from the park most of which were sold off in the 1950s and is in near perfect nick. Her determined look reminds me that 2015 (February) is the end of the ZhongRong Exclusivity agreement (and could be the end of the gift horse) - so, for those of you have followed that saga with awe and interest as well as the sports centre affair... this may be the start of (yet another) new chapter in the history of our park.
